앞서 소개한 독어책 Faszination Klarinette 의 영어판이라고 보면 된다. 마찬가지로 각 분야의 전문가들이 한 장씩 맡아 기술하는 방식으로 된 클라리넷 개론서이다.  클라리넷 구조학에 대한 설명이 없는 것이 아쉽긴 하지만 그 외의 분야에 대해선 각 전문가들의 상세한 저술이 돋보인다. 이 책은 정보전달이 목적인 철저한 서술방식이므로 자료찾기용으로 가치가 높다. 한 가지 단점은 내용에 비해 시각자료들이 적고 인쇄질이 나쁘다는 것이다 (필자가 페이퍼백을 갖고 있어서 그런지도 모르겠다). 아래 목차를 보면 각 장의 저자 중 우리에게 친숙한 이름도 눈에 뜨일 것이다.
